Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network is a nonprofit organization which was founded in 2015 by Tina McDowell. Jus Us Girlz was created to help support women of all ages who have various backgrounds. Previously, Tina McDowell overcame struggles that many of todays' women are striving to overcome. After becoming familiar with working with women who have similar circumstances, Tina was able to recognize how to support and guide those in need. Thus, Jus Us Girlz was launched.

Jus Us Girlz mission is to empower women to become independent and confident in their daily lives and to understand that they can have a positive and productive impact on their families, communities, and others by showing them that people helping people will lead to a future without fear. Tina's career as a teacher and religious involvement as a pastor's daughter, has advanced and enabled her to help women recognize their talents as well as inner beauty. Lastly, encourage women to reach for higher goals.

Through the help of others, Tina has been successful in developing a variety of programs for Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network. These programs were created to help build self-esteem, achieve and maintain personal goals, and build stronger lives within their community and families. Some of these programs are, but not limited to: fitness, self- development, finance, entrepreneurship and beauty.
